This unit develops operational reliability, deployment, and team practices that enable resilient, scalable software delivery. Students learn container and cloud concepts, incident management and post‑incident review practices, performance measurement, and how hiring, culture, and incentive design influence product outcomes and continuous feedback.

• Analyze system telemetry, incident reports, and performance data to identify root causes and prioritize actionable improvements to reliability and user experience
• Apply deployment strategies, containerization patterns, and cloud service selection to design resilient, scalable pipelines and mitigate failure modes
