Implementation and Technology Integration

This unit focuses on translating analysis and design decisions into implementation-ready instructional solutions. Students learn to conduct needs and task analyses, sequence objectives, select appropriate technologies and multimedia, address accessibility, plan budgets, and prepare an implementation worksheet that supports successful deployment and feedback.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze results from needs analyses and task analyses to prioritize learner requirements and sequence measurable instructional objectives.
• Apply instructional design models and data-collection methods to select instructional strategies, technologies, and budget-conscious implementation approaches aligned to learning goals.
• Demonstrate the design of an accessible multimedia instructional module that includes interactive activities and formative feedback mechanisms while accounting for content volatility.
• Evaluate and complete an implementation preparation plan (including budget, consulting roles, timelines, and evaluation/feedback processes) ready for pilot deployment.
