EMT Exam Orientation and Test Literacy

This foundational unit orients students to the Emergency Medical Technician role, the EMT course and licensing exam registration process, and the structure of the National/State EMT examination. Students learn how multiple-choice items are constructed and how computer adaptive testing works, preparing them for subsequent units focused on clinical content mastery and test-taking practice.
