This unit teaches learners how to combine audience-centered business writing practices with AI tools to produce clear, persuasive, and professional communications. Students will practice prompt design, collaboration and email etiquette, subject-line and visual creation, and evaluate ethical limits and tool selection to prepare polished deliverables.
