Sustaining Learning and Closure

This unit focuses on closing training effectively while building systems and practices that sustain learning across the organization. Learners will practice facilitation techniques, digital media strategies, evaluation methods, and partnership approaches that reinforce transfer, continuous improvement, and organizational learning.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze strategies and tools (peer coaching, volunteer activities, SME partnerships, and logistics) to sustain a learning culture and enable transfer of learning across teams.
• Apply facilitation techniques to design and deliver effective session openings, smooth transitions, and impactful finales for live and blended learning experiences.
• Demonstrate creation and use of digital artifacts (social posts, video posts, annotated resources, and pictures of proof) to engage learners, document evidence, and extend learning beyond the classroom.
• Evaluate feedback and assessment methods (homework review, feedback incentives, voting/formative checks) to measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements for future offerings.
