Collaborative Productivity and Data Insights

This unit explores Microsoft 365 features for collaboration, content discovery, low-code app building, and data analysis. Building on foundational M365 skills from earlier units, students will organize and share content using OneDrive/SharePoint, discover people and documents with Delve and Search, build simple Power Apps, and create data stories in Power BI while applying MyAnalytics-driven wellbeing and productivity practices to their workflows.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze sample data sets and create clear visualizations and narratives in Power BI to communicate key insights
• Apply Microsoft 365 collaboration and content-management tools (OneDrive, SharePoint document libraries, Delve, Search, Outlook, Stream) to organize, share, and retrieve files and contacts
• Demonstrate how to build, launch, and connect a basic Power App to SharePoint/OneDrive data for a practical workplace task
• Evaluate MyAnalytics and Delve insights and implement at least three productivity, wellbeing, or security-focused actions (e.g., focus time scheduling, document privacy settings, sustainable commuting choices) to improve work habits
