Agent Deployment, Optimization, and Integration

This capstone unit focuses on configuring, testing, publishing, and monitoring production-ready Copilot agents, including setting up actions, agent instructions, and Azure AI Search integration. Students will learn to analyze analytics, optimize cost and user-focused performance, and create or convert Power Automate flows to agent flows for scalable deployments.

• Analyze agent analytics, logs, and test results to identify performance bottlenecks, error sources, and user experience improvements
• Apply configuration best practices to implement agent instructions, Create Lead actions, and Azure AI Search integration and verify functionality through systematic testing
• Demonstrate publishing and monitoring workflows for Copilot agents and implement cost-optimization and performance-tuning strategies for production environments
• Evaluate and convert existing Power Automate flows to agent flows and design new agent flows that meet business requirements while addressing security and scalability
