This unit introduces core coding concepts and the building blocks of web development, including HTML and CSS, how to view and test web pages on desktop and mobile, and an introduction to programming languages. Students will plan and decompose a simple location-based offer app and evaluate language and learning options to prepare for hands-on development in subsequent units.
