Collaborative Productivity and Automation

This unit develops learners’ skills in personal productivity, inclusive collaboration, and low-code automation within Microsoft 365. Students will use MyAnalytics and calendar/meeting features to manage wellbeing and meetings, create and share content effectively, and build workflows and simple apps to streamline team work.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze personal work and collaboration patterns using MyAnalytics and calendar data, and produce a written action plan to improve focus, schedule boundaries (e.g., lunch hours), and wellbeing
• Apply Microsoft 365 meeting, calendar, and Teams features (including breakout rooms, producer roles, shared notes, and file-sharing permissions) to schedule, facilitate, and document inclusive team meetings
• Demonstrate the ability to create and test at least one automated workflow using Power Automate that integrates Microsoft Lists (or SharePoint), file sharing, and notifications to complete a recurring team task
• Design and build a simple team-facing app or collaborative deliverable (e.g., a presentation, shared notes system, or Power App) that uses appropriate file sharing, version control, and communication practices for a real workplace scenario
