This unit focuses on capturing, importing, and performing foundational edits on video assets using Filmora and HitFilm Express. Students will learn workflows for recording from webcams, capturing gameplay (PS4, Xbox One, PC/Mac), assembling footage on timelines, and applying transitions, jump cuts, titles, and voiceovers to prepare content for YouTube. It builds on prior preproduction planning and prepares learners for advanced postproduction and distribution in the next unit.
