Optimizing DevOps Delivery and Resilience

This capstone unit focuses on operationalizing DevOps practices to increase reliability, speed, and team effectiveness. Students synthesize lessons on architecture, automation, measurement, human factors, and cloud tooling to identify anti-patterns, implement improvements, and prepare for professional DevOps work.

• Analyze architecture, deployment, and testing anti-patterns and produce prioritized mitigation plans that balance risk, cost, and delivery speed
• Apply automation, continuous testing, and deployment techniques using cloud tools to reduce manual toil and accelerate safe delivery
