Facilitation, Delivery, and Evaluation

This unit moves from foundational concepts to the practical skills of delivering, assessing, and sustaining workplace learning. Learners practice instructional design elements (objectives, visuals, hybrid delivery), facilitation and presentation techniques, inclusivity and follow-up strategies, and evaluation approaches that strengthen organizational learning and certification pathways.

• Analyze an organization’s learning culture and readiness by identifying gaps, accountability mechanisms, and opportunities to cultivate continuous development
• Apply adult-learning principles to write measurable learning objectives, design engaging visuals and hybrid-ready activities, and plan inclusive delivery for diverse learners
• Demonstrate professional facilitation and presentation skills—managing nervousness, conducting effective Q&A, co-facilitating through others, and leading personal learning groups
• Evaluate training effectiveness using formative and summative methods, implement follow-up and certification pathways, and recommend data-driven improvements
