This capstone unit synthesizes prior learning about Generative AI, ethics, and inclusion to prepare learners to lead AI-enabled organizational change. Students will translate human-centered AI principles into strategic workforce planning, HR process redesign, and measurable practices that promote productivity, equity, and well-being.

- Evaluate implementation plans by selecting and using measurable metrics for inclusion, productivity, and ethical AI compliance to assess and iterate organizational changes
