This capstone unit synthesizes how enterprise-grade automation platforms act as a central nervous system that unites teams, elevates IT roles, and powers mission‑critical back‑office functions. Students will study real use cases (automated cash reconciliation, deal desk), assess risks and governance, and prepare implementation roadmaps to catalyze safe, scalable adoption.

• Apply platform design and team‑alignment principles to create a plan that unites cross‑functional teams and defines IT and business responsibilities for implementation
